Training: Statelessness,and how to support as a visitor

We are pleased to offer another training to all of the visitors group on “Introduction to Statelessness and how visitors can help stateless persons”

This course will provide visitors with the basic understanding and recognise the needs of statelessness people in detention, particular focus on their protection, appropriate assistance and best practice around referring stateless persons for assistance from other organisations. It will also a great opportunity for volunteers to share their own experiences of supporting stateless persons with other visitors groups in the AVID network.
